Joint and muscle pain, headaches, diarrhea, gas, bloating, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating, are involved in the autoimmune response.  When the immune system thinks it has been attacked for a long time, it becomes chronically stressed.

The first food to look at is gluten as humans are not designed to digest it so it causes problems such as:

  Celiac & IBS     Chron's Disease    Arthritis

but has also been implicated in other auto-immune diseases.  Sugar is another damaging food.  It creates problems in the intestines and exacerbates any existing contiditons.   

A detox programme is recommended to allow the small intestine repair itself.
